A 26-year-old Sicklerville man was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Burlington Township after he was stopped by police on E. Broad Street in Hopewell Borough because his car was missing a front license plate. He was also issued a motor vehicle summons for n not having a license plate on the front of his car. The incident occurred at 4:15 p.m. Feb. 17.

A 64-year-old Titusville man was charged with driving under the influence and reckless driving after he drove up to a police officer while the officer was conducting an investigation at 4:52 p.m. on Feb. 23. While speaking to the driver, the officer smelled an odor of alcohol on his breath, and asked him to perform field sobriety tests. He was arrested and released to the custody of an acquaintance.

A 36-year-old Asbury Park woman was charged with shoplifting for taking a bottle of alcohol from a shelf at the ShopRite Liquors store and left the store without paying for it at 2:23 p.m. on Jan. 23.
