The application proposes the construction of a two-story, 7,876-square-foot car wash and a two-story, 2,960-square-foot commercial building with 34 parking spaces at 297 Route 34, Colts Neck. The location is near the intersection of Route 34 and Professional Circle.

According to the application, the development of the two buildings will include associated driveways, walkways, landscaping and lighting. The car wash is proposed to be open every day.

According to a public notice published by Alfieri in advance of the hearing, the applicant previously received bifurcated site plan approval to construct a car wash and a separate commercial building.

The applicant is now seeking site plan approval to construct both buildings. Bulk variances will be requested to allow access points less than 40 feet from the side yard and for other relief, according to the public notice.
