Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey honored 31 Gloria Nilson & Co. real estate sales associates for their 2018 sales acumen during the Fabulous Achievement in Marketing Excellence awards event at South Gate Manor, Freehold. Thirty-one award-winning sales associates from Gloria Nilson & Co. were honored by the association in two categories related to their achievements in new home sales, including the Million Dollar Club and the Realtor Circle of Honor. Gloria Nilson & Co. winners who took home honors for new home sales from the Feb. 28 event included: Silver ($2.5 to $5 million): the Merritt Real Estate Team, Millstone; Bronze ($1 to $2.5 million): Michele Neidle, Manalapan, and Matt Merritt/Michele Neidle, Millstone, Manalapan; Realtor Circle of Honor ($500,000 to $1 million): Sara Szemcsak, Manalapan. Gloria Nilson & Co. was also honored for Best Associate Member Marketing Strategy for the company’s recruiting campaign. The brokerage also earned the Best Associate Member Brochure award for the brokerage’s listing, South Beach at Long Branch luxury condominiums.
Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC announced its 2018 year-end sales volume and reported a 6 percent year-over-year growth of $1 million-plus transactions worldwide. Coldwell Banker affiliated agents conducted approximately 30,500 transactions of homes priced at $1 million or more in 2018.
