North Brunswick to hold Holi celebration

North Brunswick will hold a Holi celebration from 1-4 p.m. on March 23 at Veterans Park, Roosevelt Avenue, North Brunswick.

Holi is an Indian festival celebrating the spring. People smear colored powders on each other to spread good luck and represent new beginnings.

Powder will be provided, but attendees can bring additional powder. Wear white if possible, but organizers are not responsible for any clothing that is stained or damaged.

Admission is free, but bring a donation for the North Brunswick Food Bank.

Held by the North Brunswick Municipal Youth Alliance and the North Brunswick Department of Parks, Recreation & Services.
