NRT LLC has been ranked the No. 1 residential real estate brokerage firm in the United States for 22 consecutive years based on total sales volume, according to the REAL Trends 500 report released today.
The ranking is based on 2018 closed sales volume for the nation’s top 500 brokerages. NRT led the ranking again with $176 billion in sales volume.
NRT, a subsidiary of Realogy Holdings Corp., owns and operates residential brokerage offices nationwide under the brand names of Coldwell Banker, Sotheby’s International Realty, The Corcoran Group, ZipRealty, Climb Real Estate and Citi Habitats.
