East Brunswick Library will celebrate ‘Earth Month’ with activities

The East Brunswick Library will hold several activities to celebrate “Earth Month” through April 30 at the library, 2 Jean Walling Civic Center, East Brunswick.

Outside The Box Market founder and blogger Jesse Damiano will share tips that can make a big impact on the environment during “Sustainable Alternatives For Everyday Living” at 11 a.m. on April 27.

Let’s Bloom Together presents Vermicomposting For Kids at 2 p.m. on April 17. The program is for children in grades kindergarten and up. Tickets will be distributed 30 minutes before the program begins.

Other programs include Re-Purposing Retro: Upcycled Cassette Tapes at 7 p.m. on April 16, Introduction to Composting with the Middlesex County Master Gardeners at 7 p.m. on April 25 and Green Apps For Earth Month at 6 p.m. on April 30.
