Law and Disabilities Conference set for May 9

The annual Law and Disabilities Issue Conference will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on May 9 at the New Jersey Law Center, 1 Constitution Square, off Ryders Lane, New Brunswick.

This annual conference will feature an opening session on Integrated Care-Behavioral Health, Physical Health and Social Determinants of Health. The discussion will center around what true integrated care means and how to implement it in order to achieve optimal health outcomes.
Sign up for breakout workshops on addiction and the opioid crisis, domestic violence and special education.
Continental breakfast will be served.
