Understanding Hoarding Disorder 2019 NJ Conference set for May 2

Officials with the Monmouth County SPCA and the St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Center help to remove 276 dogs from a home on Bennett Road in Howell Township on June 3.

A one-day event is planned for individuals and professionals who wish to broaden their understanding of hoarding disorder.

The Understanding Hoarding Disorder 2019 NJ Conference will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 2 at the Middlesex County Fire Academy, 1001 Fire Academy Road, Sayreville.

Topics include assessment, case management models, intervention and more.

Cost is $125.

Approved for 6.0 CEUs for social work and occupational therapy.
