Candidates announced for seats on Holmdel Township Committee

HOLMDEL – Five republican candidates filed petitions to run in the June 4 primary election to determine whose names will be be on the Nov. 5 general election ballot for Holmdel Township Committee.

The seats of incumbents Eric Hinds and Michael Nikolis expire at the end of 2019. Both Committeemen are running for reelection.

The three challengers for a spot on the general election ballot are Chiung-Yin Cheng Liu, Kimberly LaMountain and Nicholas Teetelli.

Hinds is serving as Mayor of Holmdel for 2019 with Nikolis serving as Deputy Mayor.
