The Edison YMCA will hold a free parent education workshop from 6-7 p.m. on April 30 at the Y, 1775 Oak Tree Road, Edison.
Parents will share their children’s eating successes and failures, learn the difference between picky eaters and problem eaters, as well as receive strategies to help cope with picky eaters.
All parents in attendance will receive giveaways, make a healthy snack to take home, and receive helpful information to make every day a little easier.
