The Freehold Borough Human Relations Committee is inviting the public to participate in a town-wide beautification contest. Projects for the contest include property repairs, painting, landscaping or cleaning up a residential or commercial property. The committee will award prizes for first, second and third place in residential and commercial categories. Residents or commercial property owners of businesses and organizations throughout the borough should submit “before’ and “after” photos of a project, relating to their respective residential or commercial property. Entries must be received at Borough Hall, Attn: Pat Ruegger, or emailed to pruegger@freeholdboro.org by May 31. Winners will be announced at a Borough Council meeting on June 17.
