NORTH BRUNSWICK – The primary results came in late on June 4.

The mayoral and council races in North Brunswick were uncontested for the primary.

Democratic incumbent mayor, Francis “Mac” Womack, received 1,078 votes. Richard Pender, on the Republican ticket, received 257 votes.

For the council, incumbent council people Ralph Andrews and Amanda Guadagnino received 1,054 and 1,020 votes, respectively. On the Republican side, challengers George Callan and Susan Hucko received 253 and 235 votes, respectively.

Election Day is Nov. 5.
