East Brunswick Hadassah served up a Shavuot cooking demonstration and tasting on June 3 at the home of Cindy Lichtbroun. Chef Yvette Schlussel demonstrated a buffet of heart healthy foods seasoned with the cultural backgrounds of Jews in various countries. The dinner raised funds for the Hadassah Medical Organization, and members donated cans of food for the food pantry through Jewish Family Services.
