The University of Scranton, Pa., has awarded degrees to the following area residents: Nick J. Maglione of Manalapan, Master of Health Administration with a major in health administration; Victoria L. Crociata of Freehold, Master of Science with a major in occupational therapy; Joseph M. DeNora of Marlboro, Master of Science with a major in educational administration; Domenic M. Pagnanelli of Marlboro, Master of Science with a major in human resources; Alessia Tagliavia of Freehold, Master of Science with a major in occupational therapy; Michele Zimmerman of Marlboro, Master of Science with a major in human resources; and Christie Lynn Cangialosi of Freehold, Master of Business Administration with a major in international business and healthcare management.

St. Lawrence University, Canton, N.Y., has awarded bachelor degrees to the following area residents: Jeremy B. Gerringer of Marlboro majored in economics and business in the liberal arts and graduated with a bachelor of arts cum laude degree; Blake M. Small of Colts Neck majored in economics and graduated with a bachelor of arts magna cum laude degree.

Hayley Barnett of Morganville has graduated with a Bachelor of Science in business management from Endicott College, Beverly, Mass. Barnett is the daughter of Keith Barnett and Julie Barnett.

Anne Puccio of Marlboro has graduated from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in psychology. She is the wife of Michael Puccio and the mother of Nicole and Tara Puccio. Anne is a 1980 graduate of Port Richmond High School, Staten Island, N.Y.

Evan Hymanson of Morganville has been awarded a stipend by the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, Neb., to participate in research with a faculty mentor this summer. Evan is a mechanical engineering major and will participate in the project “Ablative and Confining Layers in Laser Peening for Hybrid Additive Manufacturing” as part of Nebraska’s Undergraduate Creative Activities and Research Experience program, which supports undergraduates to work with faculty mentors in research or creative activities. Students receive a stipend of $2,400 to engage in intensive research or creative activity for 20 hours per week.

Dylan Scillia of Marlboro has been named to the dean’s list at Susquehanna University, Selinsgrove, Pa., for the 2019 spring semester. Dylan is an early education major in the Class of 2019. He is a graduate of Colts Neck High School and is the son of Charles Scillia and JoAnn Mcavoy.

Alexis M. Cullen, a special education multi-categorical premajor major from Marlboro, has been named to the president’s list (4.0 GPA) for the 2019 spring semester at Coastal Carolina University, Conway, S.C.

Danielle Rose Chueiri of Marlboro has graduated Magna Cum Laude from Johnson and Wales University, Providence, R.I., with a Bachelor of Science Degree in sports, entertainment, event management. Danielle will receive her MBA in hospitality in October. She was named to the dean’s list in each trimester for four years, was a member of the Sigma Delta Tau sorority and is the owner/founder of a mobile spray tanning business, Sunkissed Glows by Dani Rose. Danielle is a 2015 graduate of Marlboro High School.

The University of Vermont, Burlington, Vt., has awarded degrees to the following area residents: Taylor Demick of Freehold, Bachelor of Science in business administration; Luciano Dinardi of Manalapan, Bachelor of Science in business administration; and Arielle Diner of Marlboro, Bachelor of Arts in psychological science.

Kenan Akin of Morganville received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College, Clinton, N.Y. Kenan majored in physics.

Michael Somma of Colts Neck was named to the dean’s list at Bates College, Lewiston, Maine, for the winter semester ending in April. Michael is the son of Sal Somma of New York, N.Y., and Anne Markey of Red Bank. He is a 2015 graduate of Christian Brothers Academy, Lincroft. Michael is a senior majoring in economics and minoring in philosophy and mathematics.

Hannah Lin of Manalapan, a biochemistry major at Grove City College, Grove City, Pa., has been named to the dean’s list with high distinction for the 2019 spring semester. Hannah is the daughter of the Rev. Ben and Lisa Lin.

Lisa Gu of Marlboro was honored during the annual Prize Day celebration at Union College, Schenectady, N.Y. Lisa, who is a member of the Class of 2019, was honored with the William E. Lasnik Prize, presented to a junior or senior premedical student on the basis of scholarship and character. She also received the Daniel F. Pullman Engineering Prize and the Ralph W. Stearns Prize.

The College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, Va., has named the following area residents to the dean’s list for the 2019 spring semester: Nicholas Kaufman and Lauren Tucker of Manalapan; and Kevin Marien of Morganville.

Connor McDonnell of Colts Neck has graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Saint Francis University, Loretto, Pa.

DeSales University, Center Valley, Pa., announced that the following area residents have graduated: Jillian N. Praet of Freehold, Bachelor of Science, psychology; and Jessica M. Fernandez of Marlboro, Bachelor of Science, medical studies, summa cum laude.

Vanessa Forte of Freehold has been named to the dean’s list at Mount St. Mary’s University, Emmitsburg, Md., for the 2019 spring semester.

Christopher Manginelli of Morganville has been named the spring 2019 dean’s list at American International College, Springfield, Mass.

Clinton Wilson of Freehold has been named to the dean’s list for the 2019 spring semester at Curry College, Milton, Mass.

Wesleyan University, Middletown, Conn., announced that the following area residents have earned degrees: Austin Fainsod of Manalapan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Austin received High Honors in English. Catherine Kiall of Freehold earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics and English. Cathering received High Honors in Classics.

Michael DeMonte of Freehold has graduated from the College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, Va., with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Oklahoma City University, Oklahoma City, Ok., announced that Isma Kielty of Freehold has been named to the spring 2019 dean’s honor roll.
