Weichert Real Estate School will offer a full schedule of two- and three-week real estate pre-licensing classes throughout the summer. The 75-hour pre-licensing course provides all the training and testing necessary to kick-start a career in real estate by earning a New Jersey real estate license.
The first class begins on June 17 at Weichert, Realtors’ Toms River office, 1322 Hooper Ave. The next class will start on July 8 in Aberdeen. Other classes will be held throughout July and August in those two locations, plus in Alpine, Bridgewater, Cherry Hill, Hoboken, Jefferson, Morris Plains, Princeton, Washington Township and Wayne.

After completing the pre-licensing course and passing the state exam, participants can be ready to join a broker and begin their real estate career in as few as four weeks. A profession in real estate allows individuals to work locally and keep a flexible schedule, whether it’s a full-time or part-time career.
