Christian J. Nasto, the son of Diane and Kenneth Nasto of Morganville, has graduated from the Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colo. Christian received a Bachelor of Science degree and was commissioned as a second lieutenant. He is a 2015 graduate of Christian Brothers Academy, Lincroft.

Jake Elias of Manalapan has graduated from Monmouth University, West Long Branch, with a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice, Magna Cum Laude. He was the recipient of an academic achievement award for having the highest GPA in his major. Jake, who is the son of Alisa and Mitchell Elias, will be attending Pace Law School, White Plains, N.Y., in the fall.

Tufts University, Medford-Somerville, Mass., has named the following area residents to the dean’s list for the 2019 spring semester: Jordyn Albano, a freshman from Manalapan, Steven Barsky, a sophomore from Marlboro, and Lilia Kang, a junior from Morganville.

Matthew Magliozzi of Marlboro has earned dean’s list honors for the 2019 spring semester at the State University of New York, Oneonta, N.Y. Matthew is studying childhood education.

Elizabethtown College, Elizabethtown, Pa., has named the following area residents to the spring 2019 dean’s list: Rebecca Li of Freehold, a sociology-anthropology major, and Colleen McGovern of Manalapan, a health and occupation major.

Lehigh University, Bethlehem, Pa., announced the following graduates: Maxwell Rodenborn of Morganville earned a Bachelor of Science in business and economics degree with a major in finance and business information systems with honors; Netta Cudkevich of Morganville earned a Bachelor of Science in biology degree with high honors; Madison Licht of Morganville earned a Bachelor of Science in bioengineering degree; Jacob Feldman of Freehold earned a Bachelor of Science in business and economics degree with a major in finance and marketing; and Patrick Andree of Colts Neck earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in psychology with honors.

Trevor Covey of Freehold was named to the Middle Atlantic Conference’s Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll. Trevor, who is a graduate of Point Pleasant Beach High School, is a member of the Lebanon Valley College, Annville, Pa., basketball team, and is pursuing a bachelor of science in business administration. The academic honor roll is comprised of student-athletes who compete in a varsity level sport and registered a term/semester GPA of 3.20 (on a 4.00 scale) or higher during their season of competition.

The University of Mount Union, Alliance, Ohio, announced that Kyle Moore of Marlboro has been named to the dean’s list for the spring 2019 semester.

Dylan Scillia of Marlboro graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in elementary education from Susquehanna University, Selinsgrove, Pa. Dylan is a 2015 graduate of Colts Neck High School and is the son of Charles Scillia and JoAnn Mcavoy.

Alvernia University, Reading, Pa., announced that the following area residents have earned degrees: Nicholas Marotta of Manalapan earned a Bachelor of Science degree; Christina Lanahan of Freehold earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree; and Kyle Lamirande of Freehold earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.

Tessa Garbely of Freehold was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science with distinction at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, Mass.

Robert Crimmins of Manalapan was awarded a Master of Science degree in electrical and computer engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, Mass.

Bucknell University, Lewisburg, Pa., has named the following area residents to the dean’s list for outstanding academic achievement during the spring semester of the 2018-19 academic year: Bryan Ferreira Da Silva of Freehold, Amanda Hunt of Marlboro, David Lundy of from Freehold, Avery Rosh-Gorsky of Manalapan, Matt Thorsheim of Manalapan and Nnamdi Unachukwu of Morganville.

Brittany Fersht of Marlboro was named to the spring 2019 dean’s list at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Brittany, who is a member of the class of 2022, is majoring in ASL/English Interpreting BS.

Matthew Jenkins of Colts Neck has been named to the dean’s list at Hamilton College, Clinton, N.Y., for the 2019 spring semester. Matthew, a rising senior majoring in computer science, is a graduate of Colts Neck High School.

Thomas Maxfield of Freehold, the son of Lisa Maxfield, has received his flight instructor certification from Infinity Flight School, Mercer County. Thomas is a graduate of Mercer County Community College and Thomas Edison State College. He plans to become a flight instructor at Mercer County Airport, Ewing Township.

Lehigh University, Bethlehem, Pa., announced that Chelsey Shepsko of Englishtown has earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree with a major in environmental engineering; Stephen Luppino of Morganville has earned a Master of Engineering degree with a major in structural engineering; and Adrian Vitello of Manalapan has earned a Master of Engineering degree with a major in technical entrepreneurship.

The University of New Haven, West Haven, Conn., has named the following area residents to the dean’s list for the 2019 spring semester: Adam Comuniello and Daniela Guercio of Manalapan, and Jennifer Vozzo of Morganville.

The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, Pa., has named Andrew Atschinow, a freshman pre-medicine student from Colts Neck, to the spring 2019 dean’s list.

Endicott College, Beverly, Mass., has named Brandon Krichevsky of Manalapan to the dean’s list for the spring 2019 semester. Brandon is majoring in business management. He is the son of Gleb Krichevsky and Irina Krichevsky.

Wagner College, Staten Island, N.Y., announced that Joseph A. Silvestrone of Manalapan graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing.

Wagner College, Staten Island, N.Y., announced that Angela M. Zagami of Freehold graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing.

Wagner College, Staten Island, N.Y., announced that Allison J. Zupa of Freehold graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology and a minor in chemistry.

Moravian College, Bethlehem, Pa., has named Timothy Dwyer of Morganville to the dean’s honor list for the spring 2019 semester.

University of the Sciences, Philadelphia, Pa., announced the following graduates: Joshua Chu of Marlboro, Doctor of Physical Therapy degree; Mitchell Ganz of Manalapan, Doctor of Physical Therapy degree; Daniel Gross of Freehold, Doctor of Physical Therapy degree; and David Shen of Freehold, Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.

Wagner College, Staten Island, N.Y., has named the following area residents to the dean’s list for the 2019 spring semester: Kayla M. Fegeley of Morganville, Emily K. Mincher of Manalapan and Angela M. Zagami of Freehold.

Spencer Matthews of Freehold has been named to the dean’s list for the 2019 spring semester at Alvernia University, Reading, Pa. As a junior in the spring, Spencer studied communication.

Erin Walsh of Englishtown, a fashion design and production major at Lasell College, Newton, Mass., was named to the spring 2019 dean’s list.
