United Methodist Church of Milltown will hold an old-fashioned summer concert at 4 p.m. on July 7 at the church, 47 N. Main St., Milltown.
The music hearkens back to the nostalgic days of summer concerts in the park, as the band played in the bandstand. The program will include works by Borowski, Gershwin, Sousa and others.
A free-will offering will be taken to help fund the installation of the church’s pipe organ.
The concert will be followed by a strawberry shortcake reception in the
church courtyard, weather permitting.
