Disability Allies, Inc. will hold an open house for families to showcase the brand-new Day Program opening on Aug. 12 for adults age 21 and older with special needs.
Visit the Inclusion Center, located at 415 Route 18, inside the Village Green Shopping Center, East Brunswick, from 1-3 p.m. on July 14 or from 6-8 p.m. on July 15.
The day program will feature prevocational training focused on developing work and learning experiences, preparing each individual for employment situations.
The program will run from Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and feature theater and creative writing, technology and computer skills, recreation and social games, cooking, fine arts and music.
