The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Marlboro-Manalapan real estate office has dedicated a conference room to Stanley Komito, a beloved colleague and fellow real estate agent who passed away in April.

Hal Maxwell, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y., led the dedication ceremony for the Stanley Komito Conference Room.

He was joined by Komito’s wife, Bonnie Komito, and their children and grandchildren; Alice Schoemann, branch vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Marlboro-Manalapan; and 50 agents from the Marlboro-Manalapan office.

Komito was affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Marlboro-Manalapan office for 32 years. He was a successful top producer, having earned the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite award and the New Jersey Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award at the Gold Level, among his many accolades.

CentraState Healthcare Foundation, Freehold Township, recently hosted its 43rd annual Band Aid Open “Golf Fore Kids” event at The Ridge at Back Brook, Ringoes. More than $248,000 was raised to support pediatric services at CentraState Medical Center and fund two scholarships for the 2019 medical science program at Freehold High School.

The event was co-chaired by Dr. Kenneth Tomkovich of Princeton Radiology and Douglas Powell of Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital, Tinton Falls.

“We are thankful to our sponsors for their contributions to the success of our event and for their continued support of CentraState,” said Nancy Barone, vice president of Development and Volunteer Services for the CentraState Healthcare Foundation.
