Old Bridge recently celebrated the grand opening of Via Sposito, located at 3857 Route 516 in the Village at Town Center, Old Bridge.
The restaurant will offer a full selection of coal-fired pizza and northern and southern Italian specialties, featuring homemade pastas, sauces, breads and fresh mozzarella made on site.
Hours of operation are from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday to Thursday, from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday, and from noon to 9 p.m. on Sunday.
