Nobility Crest at Ocean Township, a 55-plus luxury condominium community located with a gated entrance on Route 66 in the Wayside section of Ocean Township, will celebrate its grand opening weekend on Aug. 3 and 4.

Nobility Crest, from Renaissance Properties and Blue Star Group, features two-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury condos (priced from the mid-$300s) with assigned indoor parking and personal storage area in a secure, well-lit garage with elevator access to all floors. The condos range in size from 1,213-1,828 square feet and are appointed with designer-selected finishes and features.

Residents have access to a 4,300-square-foot Lifestyle Center with a fitness center, business center, lounge, library, media room, billiard and card rooms.
