Senator Patrick Diegnan, Assemblywoman Nancy Pinkin and Assemblyman Robert Karabinchak of Legislative District 18 will hold their annual Youth Art Contest, “Connecting Communities Through Art,” from Aug. 21 to Sept. 18.
Any medium of artwork will be accepted, but must be easily displayable in the office.
Contestants must live in East Brunswick, Edison, Helmetta, South River or Metuchen.
Must include name, age, address, phone number or email.
Categories are Ages 6-10 with the theme of his/her favorite thing about New Jersey; Ages 11-15 with the theme of reusing recyclables; and Ages 16-20 with the theme of liberty and prosperity.
Three winners per age group will be announced the last week of September and will be invited to tour the district office.
