East Brunswick Hadassah’s Eatin’ Healthy in the Garden of Vegan

East Brunswick Hadassah will hold its annual membership gala from 6-9:30 p.m. Sept. 19 at the East Brunswick Jewish Center, 511 Ryders Lane, East Brunswick, for a vegan feast catered by Veggie Heaven of Teaneck.

Learn about the health benefits of ancient Ayurveda and the medicinal arboretum in Nevatim, Israel, by keynote speaker Ruth Greenfield.

There will be raffles, a tricky tray, goodie bags, a photo booth, chair yoga, henna tattoos, jewelry and a media show.

Cost is $40 by Sept. 12 or $45 after. Guests welcome, including non-members and men.

All proceeds benefit the Hadassah Medical Organization.
