Kendal Hand of Howell has joined commercial real estate services firm Levin Management Corporation (LMC), North Plainfield, as a leasing representative. She brings a strong track record in leasing open air shopping centers to her new position. Hand’s responsibilities include leasing and marketing efforts at several properties in LMC’s New Jersey retail portfolio, including Chatham Plaza in Chatham, Eatontown Plaza in Eatontown, Bayshore Plaza in Barnegat, Oak Tree Center in Edison and Hartford Corners in Delran. Hand previously served as a leasing representative for DLC Management Corp.

 

Two local attorneys have received Equal Justice medals and special recognition as major contributors of pro bono legal assistance by Legal Services of New Jersey for providing free legal services for destitute New Jersey residents. These individuals and families who were unable to afford private attorneys were facing serious civil legal problems that were dealt with through the efforts of Rachel Cotrino or Jackson and Joanna Joyce Schiaffo of Jackson. Legal Services of New Jersey, Edison, heads the state’s Legal Services system, a network of five independent nonprofit corporations, and has been providing free essential legal aid in civil matters to low-income individuals through offices in all 21 counties for more than 50 years.

A top producer, Pascocello led the Weichert sales region for resale listings and shared top honors in the listings category for the month. The Freehold Regional High School District has been selected as a “best employer” in New Jersey by Forbes magazine. Forbes partnered with market research company Statista to pinpoint the organizations liked best by employees in the first ranking of America’s best employers by state. In New Jersey, the FRHSD came in at No. 17. The district is comprised of Colts Neck, Englishtown, Farmingdale, Freehold Borough, Freehold Township, Howell, Manalapan and Marlboro. This FRHSD operates six high schools and educates approximately 10,800 students. There are approximately 1,300 faculty and staff members.
