Circuit training, yoga classes to be held at Sayreville Knights of Columbus hall

Circuit training and yoga classes will be held at the Knights of Columbus Council 2061 hall, 775 Washington Road, Parlin section of Sayreville.

A blended yoga class will be held from 7-7:50 p.m. Wednesdays, beginning Sept. 11. Mat required.

Full body circuit training will be held from 7-7:50 p.m. Mondays, beginning Sept. 16. Weights and mat required.

The cost is $80 for 10 classes, with part of the proceeds benefiting the Knights.
