The Barron Arts Center’s 2019 Artist of the Year exhibit will feature Stephen J. Kager of Pocono Plateau/Plus from Aug. 22 to Sept. 22 at the BAC, 582 Rahway Ave., Woodbridge.
The opening reception will be held from 7-9 p.m. on Aug. 22.
