A 46-year-old Pennington man was charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a police officer observed the man’s car was stopped on Scotch Road at 7:31 p.m. on Sept. 17. He was issued additional motor vehicle summonses.

A 19-year-old Princeton man and four juveniles – three 17-year-olds and one 16-year-old – were charged with underage possession of alcohol after a police officer stopped the car they were riding in on Route 31 North near Ingleside Avenue at 8:15 p.m. on Sept. 13. The 19-year-old man, who was the driver, was also issued motor vehicle summonses.

A 27-year-old Hamilton Township man was arrested on outstanding warrants from Trenton Municipal Court and the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office following an investigation into a car crash on Route 31 at 7 p.m. on Sept. 9.

A 31-year-old Florida man was charged with theft for taking a bicycle worth $500 from a property on Pennington-Titusville Road around 5 a.m. on Sept. 1.
