Richard Talks Real Estate: THE IMPORTANCE OF FEEDBACK

Share post:

Feedback is extremely important when selling your home. Many people will be in a position to give your agent feedback and they will provide it in different ways. Agents who tour your home on Agent Tour Day or attend the Brokers Open that your agent hosts will share the feedback with your agent. Your listing agent will have a follow up system in place to solicit feedback after you have showings. The buyer’s agent will hopefully offer their opinion and their clients’ opinion. This information can then be used to help you decide on further action. Is my house clean enough? Should I have my yard professionally touched up? Let’s not forget the all important, “Should I reduce my price?”

Listening to feedback about your for-sale property helps you fine tune its look to enhance its appeal to prospective buyers. It also helps you see your place with a fresh eye. For the utmost in real estate services for both buyers & sellers, I welcome call me at 732-297-1100 ext: 114, for a consultation. I am located at 3430 Route 27 in Kendall Park. As a RE/MAX Diamond REALTOR® Sales Associate, my finely tuned marketing program will ensure your home gets the best possible representation.
