The Friends of the Metuchen Library will hold their annual outdoor book sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 5 during the Metuchen Country Fair. Rain dates are Oct. 12 and Oct. 19. The sale will be held on the front lawn of the library, 480 Middlesex Ave., Metuchen.
Book prices are adult hardcovers, $2, adult paperbacks, $1, children’s hardcovers, $1, and children’s paperbacks, 50 cents. Unique books will also be available, priced as marked.
All money from the book sale is donated to the library for community programs.
