Kenneth Vercammen will hold a seminar on wills and estate administration at 7 p.m. on Oct. 8 at the Edison Main Library, 340 Plainfield Ave., Edison, and at 6 p.m. on Oct. 21 at the Clara Barton Branch Library, 141 Hoover Ave., Edison.
Topics will include new estate tax law changes, the 2019 changes in federal estate and gift tax, power of attorney recommendations, living will and advance directive, administering the estate/probate/surrogate, and avoiding unnecessary expenses.
