North Brunswick officers stuck in a ‘hairy’ situation

NORTH BRUNSWICK – Continuing a tradition from the past seven years, the North Brunswick Police Department will once again take part in “Mo-vember,” bringing attention to men’s health issues.

Officers are allowed to forego shaving during November in order to raise awareness of prostate and testicular cancer, suicide awareness and other issues. Any participating officer is asked to make a donation to such causes, or to a charity of his choice.

Next month, officers will be able to continue their “growths” by donating to the Police Unity Tour, which multiple officers participate in each year.
