Richard Talks Real Estate: DO SOME SERIOUS PACKING!

Presented by Richard A. Keri, Sales Associate
When you sell a house, you have to
think like a buyer. One if the concerns
that every buyer has is, will there be
enough room? Will my things fit?
Help ease their mind by maximizing
the space within the home. You
know you’re going to be moving, so
start packing now. The bathroom,
a tight spot, can be pared down to
the essentials. Special bath products,
tub toys & personalized hand-towels
can all be packed up. In the kitchen,
things like the rice maker, ice-cream
machine & redundant pans can be
boxed & stored along a garage wall.
Your seasonal clothes, removed &
bundled up, can be stored in the
attic. You get the picture. (Pack those
too!)
Moving is a wonderful time to pare
down and declutter your life. You
probably don’t really need the 4 old
frying pans & 3 butter dishes that
have been languishing in the back
of the kitchen cabinet & taking up
space. So have a yard sale! I’ve got
lots of good ideas to make your
real estate transition a positive
experience. My office is located at
3430 Route 27, Kendall Park.
You can reach me at 732-297-1100,
ext. 114. As a RE/MAX Diamond,
REALTORS® Sales Associate, I can
provide you with the resources
you need to make the home selling
process simpler.

HINT: Buyers are not put off by
neatly stacked boxes in the garage,
along basement walls, in the shed
or in the attic. They understand
why they are there. Buyers are not put off by
