The suspect then reached across the counter and grabbed the money out of the teller’s hand, but the suspect did not display a weapon and motioned into his vest as if he had a weapon, according to police. Officials reported that the suspect then left the bank and got into a white in color Chevrolet Malibu, believed to be between the years 2007-09, and bearing New Jersey registration.

On Nov. 23, police released an update on the investigation with photos of the alleged suspect’s vehicle.

Police are asking for residents along Wallace Avenue, Hamilton Avenue and Delaware Avenue with surveillance video that may have captured the vehicle to call the FTPD detective bureau at 609-499-3131 or the communication center at 609-267-8300.

Police ask that anyone who may know the identity of the depicted alleged suspect, or has further information regarding the robbery, is asked to call 609-499-3131 or 609-267-8300. People may also leave an anonymous tip at https://florence-nj.gov/police/tipline.html.
