Former South Brunswick star Shorter transferring from Penn State

 Justin Shorter, who was a star receiver for South Brunswick High School, has announced that he plans on entering the NCAA Transfer Portal and will decommit from Penn State University.

Shorter was a 2018 class five-star recruit coming out of South Brunswick where he helped the Vikings win the NJSIAA Central Jersey, Group 5 playoff championship in 2017.

Shorter had 15 catches for 157 yards during his time at Penn State over the past two seasons.
