Chiquita Pittman of RE/MAX Platinum in North Brunswick was recently awarded the Real Estate Negotiation Expert certification, the premier negotiation credential in the country.
Pittman joins an elite group of real-estate professionals from around the world who have earned the RENE certification. All were required to successfully complete comprehensive coursework in negotiation and subscribe to the REALTOR code of ethics.
A lifelong New Jersey resident, Pittman is a top-producing real estate agent with more than 25 years of experience in residential real estate. She holds a distinguished track record of professional achievements, including earning multiple Circle of Excellence awards. She is an active member of the community as well, serving on the Circle of Excellence Award Committee and as a member of the New Jersey Women’s Council Committee.
Pittman specializes in working with first-time homebuyers. She frequently partners with community organizations to host free seminars offering tips and advice to help potential first-time buyers determine whether they are ready for home ownership and if so, how to make the process as stress-free as possible.
