Representatives of the club acknowledged the fire in a social media post and stated they plan to re-open the facility.

“We are still standing,” the post reads. “We’ll be back soon.”

35 XXXV Gentlemen’s Club, also known as Club 35, has operated in Sayreville since 2007. It replaced the Colosseum, a now-defunct gay nightclub at the same location and uses the same structure as the former tenant.
