Three new leases have been signed recently for space in the 165,000-square-foot Fairfield Industrial Park, 920-922 Route 33, Howell. Each transaction was managed by Sheldon Gross Realty Senior Vice President Glenn Jaffe, along with Executive Vice President Jonathan Glick and Sales Representative Matthew Leonelli. Of the three newly leased spaces, the Bury the Hatchet ax throwing range is the largest at 6,000 square feet. This location was previously devoted to office space. The consulting firm Abbington Engineering leased 5,484 square feet and Garcia Sequeira LLC leased 3,209 square feet. To date, Sheldon Gross Realty has arranged for a total of 13 leases at the location. National Parts Supply and Shore Ninja Academy leased space earlier in 2019.
