Zephyr Performance Training is a state-of-the-art facility in Shrewsbury with many different programs designed to improve all four pillars of fitness strength, balance, flexibility and aerobic. There are adult group classes focusing in cardio kickboxing, strength and conditioning, and kettle bell movements in addition to adult martial art classes focusing on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and mixed martial arts. Adults are not the only ones who get to enjoy the fun, Zephyr has an amazing youth program starting at 5 years old all the way to 14 years old.

The general manager and head instructor, Josh Baker, takes his experience as a professional mixed martial arts fighter and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt by designing the youth program to focus on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and kickboxing skills. Through the skills the students learn from the classes they can be promoted to different belt ranks in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and different level stripes in kickboxing to achieve something from all their hard work.

Coach Baker also takes his experience of being a high-level youth and high school wrestling coach to assemble a competition team to take to tournaments all around the Tri-State Area. It is more than an after-school program it is a big family that everyone is there to help each other reach their goals. Fitness is the key to living a healthy lifestyle.

Zephyr is here using martial arts and the four pillars to give everyone and anyone the opportunity to be the best version of themselves.
