As TaeKwonDo of Morganville enters its fourth decade of providing Central Jersey with premium martial arts and fitness training, it aims to maintain the traditions which have helped keep it strong for 30 years.

TaeKwonDo is a martial art that trains people both physically and mentally to prepare us to defend ourselves, should the need arise, but also to prepare ourselves for life in general through confidence, focus and perseverance. The activity assists the cardiovascular system and develops a sense of balance, coordination and flexibility.  Also, the self-discipline instilled during classes carries over into all aspects of life. We see TaeKwonDo as being the answer for those interested in physical fitness but wanting an alternative to traditional exercises.

Our teaching methods are based on a friendly, non-stressful atmosphere enabling students to enjoy the physical and mental exercises while improving at their own rate.  This will be attained through guidance, encouragement and motivation by our highly trained Black Belt staff led by the head instructor, Master Lane King, who will be there to assist in meeting your goals.

Discipline and respect are taught by leadership and example, rather than by fear or force, making our school a positive character-building environment for children and teenagers, as well as adults.
