Hackensack Meridian Health appoints regional president of Central Market

Hackensack Meridian Health appointed M. Todd Way as regional president of the Central Market.

Way will lead five hospitals in the Central Market – JFK Medical Center in Edison, Raritan Bay Medical Center-Perth Amboy, Raritan Bay Medical Center-Old Bridge, Bayshore Medical Center in Holmdel and Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank.

“I’m excited to welcome a truly dynamic leader to our team,” said Mark Stauder, chief operating officer.  “I look forward to having Todd continue to advance the operational performance of the central market, while enhancing patient care in our communities.

Prior to joining Hackensack Meridian Health, Way served as executive vice president and chief operating officer for Inspira Health Network in Southern New Jersey, where he helped organize the approval of a new hospital – Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill.

Prior to Inspira, Way led operations at Valley Health, a six-hospital system in Winchester, Virginia.

Way received his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from West Virginia University. He received his Masters of Science in Health Administration from the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University.
