A 26-year-old Trenton woman who tried to sneak drugs into the Mercer County Correction Center was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, distribution of a controlled dangerous substance and distribution of a controlled dangerous substance to an inmate following an incident involving a visitor at the county jail on Jan. 26.

Sometime between Jan. 14 and Jan. 20, someone took a bank check that was in an envelope and put in the mail. The victim learned later that someone had gained access to her bank account, based on the information contained on the check.

Two motorcycles and an all-terrain-vehicle were reported stolen from a shed at a house on Pennington-Rocky Hill Road between Jan. 25 and Jan. 27.

A 32-year-old Hopewell Township man was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $2,500 from the Trenton Municipal Court while he was appearing in Hopewell Township Municipal Court on Jan. 28.

A 29-year-old Trenton man was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $350 from the Trenton Municipal Court while he was appearing in Hopewell Township Municipal Court on Jan. 28.

A 23-year-old Pennsylvania woman was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a police officer on patrol stopped to investigate a suspicious vehicle in a parking lot on Denow Road on Jan. 26.

A 21-year-old Pennsylvania resident was charged with speeding, possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on W. Broad Street on Jan. 21.
