The Monroe Public Library will hold a number of children events in March including Dr. Seuss’ Birthday at 5:30 p.m. on March 2 and a St. Patrick’s Day Party at 5:30 p.m. on March 16 at the library, 4 Municipal Plaza, Monroe.
