Ciberspring promoted Ashaar Sheikh to vice president of Digital Transformation.
An IT veteran with 20 years of experience, Sheikh will run Ciberspring’s digital transformation group. Additionally, he will lead a portfolio of enterprise clients across industries as their success manager and point person.
Digital transformation leverages data—from CRMs, from ERPs, and other sources—to create new business processes, culture, and customer experiences to meet changing market requirements.
Sheikh joined Ciberspring, located in Somerville, in 2015 as a salesforce consultant. A founding member of the salesforce practice, he helped assemble the offshore development team. In 2017, he was promoted to senior engagement manager, where he was responsible for ensuring customer success in projects from start to finish.
A resident of North Brunswick, Sheikh holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences in Islamabad, Pakistan, and is a certified salesforce administrator.
