Sayreville mayor asks for prayers as borough receives confirmation of second positive coronavirus case

SAYREVILLE – Sayreville received official notification of its second confirmed coronavirus case.

“Please keep this fellow resident in your thoughts and pray for a speedy recovery. With this news, I am reminding all of you how important it is to practice social distancing measures to keep yourself and our community safe from the spread of this virus. I am confident that together we will get through this because we are forever Sayreville Strong,” Mayor Victoria Kilpatrick said in a statement released in the morning of March 19.
