EDISON – Ten total positive COVID-19 cases have been reported in Edison, after two more were announced in the afternoon of March 19.
The cases include a 32-year-old female and a 31-year-old female. Both have been placed on home isolation. Edison Township was not provided any other information on them, according to Captain Joseph Anselmo of the Edison Fire Department Training Bureau.
The two new cases come after three cases were reported on March 18.
Case number six is a 34-year-old female, case number seven is 63-year-old female and case number eight is a 51-year-old male, according to information provided by the Edison Office of Emergency Management.
Each person has been placed on home isolation, according to the statement. Edison Township was not provided any further information.
The State of New Jersey will continue to update information as it becomes available.
