Ten additional South River residents test positive for COVID-19; making total 113

SOUTH RIVER–The South River Police Department has been notified by the Middlesex County Health Department that 10 additional residents have tested positive for COVID-19.

This brings the total number of cases in South River to 113, according to a prepared statement from the South River Police Department on April 17.

The police department has not been advised if the new patients are isolating at home or are hospitalized, according to the statement. To date, the police department has also not been notified of any cases having fully recovered.
