Middlesex County Board of Social Services updates phone, website information

The Middlesex County Board of Social Services updated its contact information during the period of the COVID-19 State of Emergency. The board is currently staffed from 8 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. weekdays. Staff is on the phones taking applications, calling and answering questions about applications, cases and other requests.

The agency’s main phone line is 732-745-3500.

Although the public does not have access to the building, they are able to pick up paper applications and drop off completed applications and other documents at the front of the building during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays.

When an application is filed online, a follow up telephone interview will occur as part of the process.
