Two new cases of coronavirus reported in Bordentown City

BORDENTOWN – Two new cases of the novel coronavirus were reported by Bordentown City on May 3, bringing the total to 20 with two deaths.

No new cases were reported from Bordentown Township on May 3, keeping the total at 58 with three deaths.

Across Burlington County there were 171 new cases reported on May 3, bringing the total to 2,956 positive cases with 153 deaths, according to information provided by the Burlington County Board of Chosen Freeholders’ Office of Public Information.

The county has removed statistics on those patients who have been cleared from quarantine in order to incorporate new recommendations from the New Jersey Department of Health on how to log cases, according to the statement.
