EAST BRUNSWICK–The Township Council approved a resolution authorizing DMR Architects to provide architectural design services for the East Brunswick Senior Center’s roof replacement.
The company had submitted a proposal for architectural services which is recommended by the township’s Planning and Engineering Department, according to the council agenda. Business Administrator Joseph Criscuolo said the roof is old and in much need of repair.
The council approved the resolution awarding DMR Architects a $37,500 contract on May 18 during the council meeting via video conference.
Criscuolo said now that the resolution has been approved the architect will create the spec for the roof replacement project to go out to bid.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the senior center is still closed.
