Edison new COVID-19 cases fluctuate, township loses one more resident

EDISON – Edison officials reported five new positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of cases to 1,785, according to the Edison Office of Emergency Management on May 31.

The age range of the cases are 29 to 92. The township has lost 191 residents to COVID-19, according to Middlesex County.

The township has resumed the collection of cardboard from outside of the recycling container on regular recycling days.

Edison Township was not provided any other information regarding the new cases.
